Mark Reardon

Bioinformatician

Mark is a post-doc bioinformatician in the Translational Radiobiology research group, focusing mainly on hypoxia-related gene expression signatures. In his PhD, he investigated the roles of microRNAs in buffering the effects of gene duplications and aneuploidy in cancer-derived cell lines.
