Christopher is an MRC DTP student undertaking a project in Professor Kaye Williams’s lab with industry input from Astra Zeneca. His project is aiming to determine the optimal radiotherapy and immunotherapy combinations to enhance anti-tumour immunity. This will be achieved through the use of novel transgenic mouse models which enable in-vivo lymphocyte tracking. The research will improve our fundamental understanding of how immune cells respond to treatments and the best combinations to promote a robust immune response.
